Are you "DIETING" again?

The normal conclusion we all make when a person is overweight, is the fact that they eat to much.

Sadly, this is very far from the truth.

Before you go on a diet or eating plan you need to ask yourself these questions:

Is my body toxic? How will you know?

1) Do you feel bloated?

2) Do you retain water?

3) Do you feel tired all the time?

4) Do you have any energy at the end of the day?

5) Am i moody?

6) Do you pick up weight irrelevant of how hard you try to eat correctly.

7) Do you cut out meals?

Chances are that your answer will be yes..... only if you are not skinny enough:-)

So What should you do:

Book yourself for Lymphatic drainage - to get the toxins moving. One session is not enough at least five sessions should get you on the map. You should feel better after your first session. In your first session you might be very sensitive to touch as the body is not used to touch. You might be sore the next day or 2 days after your treatment. Drink lots of water, If you get headaches - it is normal as you are releasing toxins. Do take pain killers - but before you take a pain killer first try some water and see if your headache does not subside.

Next step will be to get more active. Do not over exercise as we have to consider our hearts will be under distress if we are not used to moving. So take a step at a time and increase movement very slowly as you are ready to do so.

Watch what you eat - but eat. (Why eat if I want to loose weight it makes no sense)? Secret is. If you do not eat - your body will keep all the toxins back and guess what - your weight will increase.

Dieting - should not be a thing you have to enforce, it should be a way of living.

Be in love with your body - love yourself.
